Silver Music Studios was founded to provide quality music instruction for everyone: every age... every level... every style. We customize each piano lesson plan to each student. Our scheduling is flexible and we believe that piano lessions should be affordable for everyone.

Most studios raise their rates periodically; if you want the benefits of working with the same teacher, you find yourself spending more and more money for the same service. Silver Music Studios puts more value on the student-teacher relationship. The price you pay for your first lesson is the price you will pay for all of your lessons, for as long as you are a Silver Music Sudios student.* We want to encourage, not discourage, our students to stick with us!

At our Broomall and Drexel Hill studios, Silver Music Studios employs a variety of teachers for piano. The diverse teaching staff means that you can find an instructor who will understand your individual needs and goals.

Our Piano Teachers

Flora

Flora is a delight to have at Silver Music Studios. Her prowess on the keyboard is only outshined by her enthusiasm for teaching. A graduate of classical piano performance in the East helps her bring a new sensibility and patience to the process. Chopin would be proud. Flora is equally happy with a nice jazz standard or Elton John tune. Let her guide you up and down the ivories.

Thursdays in Drexel Hill.

Louise

Louise brings to our music family prowess, wit and humor.  She has been an avid piano educator for over 10 years.  Louise achieved a Music Composition degree from Phila. College of the Performing Arts.  She has composed for string quartets, small ensembles and full orchestras.  Certainly adept in the classical field, Louise is also happy to incorporate other musical stylings if desired.  Pop, broadway and blues to name a few.  Allow Louise to take your fingers, mind and soul on an aural journey.

Tuesdays and Thursdays in Broomall.   Saturdays in Drexel Hill.

Mitch

Mitch hails from Delaware County. If you prefer the classics, Bach, Rachmaninoff, Debussy, no sweat. If you dig Elton John and broadway tunes, Mitch is still your guy. A pleasant demeanor and over 10 years teaching experience and performance. He has studied at the Settlement School of Music with Herman Weinberg. Further tutelage under Michelle Levin from the Curtis Institute and Ellen Feldman at Temple.  Come see Mitch to either get you started properly or take you beyond your current ivory ability.

Mondays in Broomall and Thursdays in Drexel Hill.  Travel day also available.

 

Robert

Robert is a Berklee College of Music and West Chester Univ. grad.  He has extensive knowledge and experience in jazz, classical and pop.  Robert has performed in numerous groups over the years and taught for over 20.  No style, level or age is off limits.  Robert's motto, "You will work...you will learn, but most important, you will have fun."  Quite the animal lover to boot.

* In order to take advantage of the Silver Music Studios Fixed-Price Guarantee, you must remain a student in good financial standing. Unless arranged with Silver Music Studios beforehand, a student who discontinues lessons for more than two months is not assured the same lesson price upon continuing.
